What does

stand for?

S.A.F.E stands for Supportive Aid for Everyone.

There is no shame in admitting that as we grow old, we become more reliant on our families and friends to aid us with even the simplest of tasks. This can leave us feeling inadequate and lacking in confidence. Sometimes it can become very difficult to deal with, especially when our busy lives become even more busy.Our key focus is on the quality of life and care of those that need it most and their families.

Our aim is to provide a service that maintains (and in some cases improves) the independence of the people we support. See we refuse to call our "clients" anything other than their name as we see them all as people, not patients.

Here is what the people we care for think of us.

The S.A.F.E care team have been caring for our terminally ill, bed bound, elderly father around other care providers and its clear that they have the bedside manner, experience and time to attend to all his (and our family) needs that far exceed others.

I have no hesitation is recommeding their services for everyone needing supportive aid, whilst we’d love to keep them all for ourselves/father too.

S.A.F.E came into my parents lives when they were at their lowest and the bond they developed was beautiful. Our carer was a ray of sunshine and cared for mum with kindness and dignity. As a family we will be eternally grateful for the care and compassion she showed and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and her team.

S.A.F.E have been wonderful carers for my Mum.

Nothing is too much trouble for them and they go above and beyond their remit to make sure their clients are comfortable, even offering to take them to hospital/GP appointments and picking up prescriptions/shopping.

They always let me know immediately if there was anything of concern and they cared for my Mum as if they are part of their own family. S.A.F.E was always very professional and respectful of Mum’s home and Mum looked forward to carers visits as she very much enjoyed their company and the banter that they exchanged.
